Grace and Truth Bible Institute, a ministry of Grace & Truth Bible Church, is a Bible education program with aim to provide grace-oriented teaching, personal discipleship, ministry training, and doctrinally sound materials to serious and diligent believers in order to further establish, equip, and edify them to faithfully fulfill the ministry God has given them, all by the grace of God.

Why Study With Us?

Our emphasis is contextual, verse-by-verse bible teaching, the centrality and accurate presentation of the gospel, and grace teaching for godly christian living and service when many in our land deny in either doctrine or practice deny the authority and/or the sufficiency of Scripture. (2 Timothy 3:15 - 4:4)
GTBI is a local church ministry dedicated to establishing sound doctrine, accurate understanding of the Word of God, student spiritual growth in a time many colleges and seminaries operate independently of the local church, "the pillar and ground of the truth." (1 Tim. 3:15)

Teaching

GTBI is thoroughly biblical in its teaching with an emphasis on sound exegesis and biblical exposition by example and training.

GTBI is grace-oriented and dispensational in its doctrines emphasizing the clear gospel of grace and a consistent, literal hermenuetic.

Method

GTBI is taught by pastors and teachers, in the local church-setting, with the aim to make all teaching easily transferable and reproducible.

Cost

GTBI is a local-church ministry and not a big ivory-tower organization, which makes its cost very reasonable for students or even free of charge for those who regularly attend GTBC.

OUr Directors

Dr. Dennis Rokser

Senior Pastor
Dennis became the Pastor of Duluth Bible Church in 1985 where he served until 2022 when the Lord led him to become the Senior Pastor of GTBC. His graduate degrees are from Grace Biblical Seminary (M.Div., D.Min.).

Kevin Lucas

Director, GTBI
Kevin has been involved in pastoral ministry & Bible Teaching in various local churches in West Virginia, Indiana, Virginia, and Georgia since 1978. God used Kevin to plant Grace & Truth Bible Church in 2020 where he continues to serve as an Associate Pastor.

Dale Pearson

Director, GTIBI - The Gambia
Dale served as Director of GIBS ConnectED, the online Bible institute of Duluth Bible Church before relocating to Middle Georgia in 2022. He has served as Director of the Grace Training International Bible Institute (GTIBI) - The Gambia since 2018 and is currently an elder at GTBC.
