Dennis ROkser
Senior Pastor & Bible Teacher
Pastor Dennis Rokser has served in ministry for over 40 years as a dedicated pastor-teacher. He is known for his verse-by-verse expository teaching with a strong emphasis on grace and rightly dividing the Word of God. His messages are rooted in careful Scripture reading, contextual interpretation, and practical application for believers today.
From 1985 to 2022, Pastor Dennis led Duluth Bible Church in Duluth, Minnesota. In August 2022, he became the senior pastor at Grace & Truth Bible Church in Middle Georgia, where he continues his teaching and training ministry.
In 1992, he founded the Grace Institute of Biblical Studies (GIBS) to equip believers within the local church for specialized ministry roles such as pastoral work, youth ministry, and missions. In 2000, he expanded his training efforts internationally by launching the Grace Training International Bible Institutes, which offer free biblical training to national pastors and teachers. This ministry now reaches countries including El Salvador, Nicaragua, Kenya, Zambia, and The Gambia.
In 2012, Pastor Dennis co-founded Grace Gospel Press, now part of True Grace Books, to publish and distribute doctrinally sound, grace-oriented literature. You can browse his publications on our Books page and they are available through True Grace Books and Amazon.

Kevin Lucas
Associate Pastor & Bible Teacher
Pastor Kevin Lucas has served in pastoral ministry and Bible teaching since 1978, ministering in local churches across West Virginia, Indiana, Virginia, and Georgia. In 2020, the Lord led him to plant Grace and Truth Bible Church in the Warner Robins area—a local church founded on the verse-by-verse exposition of God’s Word from a classic dispensational perspective.
While Pastor Kevin faithfully teaches in our church, his primary ministry is directing the Grace & Truth Bible Institute (GTBI). This institute exists to equip believers for specialized ministries, such as pastoral work, youth leadership, and missions, through in-depth, doctrinally sound instruction rooted in the local church. Pastor Kevin’s heart is to see believers grounded in Scripture and prepared to serve the Lord with clarity, conviction, and grace.
