About Us

Kevin Lucas

Pastor-Teacher

Pastor Kevin
Pastor Kevin Lucas has served in pastoral ministry and Bible teaching since 1978, ministering in local churches across West Virginia, Indiana, Virginia, and Georgia. In 2020, the Lord led him to plant Grace and Truth Bible Church in the Warner Robins area—a local church founded on the verse-by-verse exposition of God’s Word from a classic dispensational perspective.

While Pastor Kevin faithfully teaches in our church, his primary ministry is directing the Grace & Truth Bible Institute (GTBI). This institute exists to equip believers for specialized ministries, such as pastoral work, youth leadership, and missions, through in-depth, doctrinally sound instruction rooted in the local church. Pastor Kevin’s heart is to see believers grounded in Scripture and prepared to serve the Lord with clarity, conviction, and grace.

Pastor-Teacher

Pastor Kevin
Dale Pearson has been actively involved in Bible teaching and ministry leadership for many years, serving with our sister church, Duluth Bible Church, since 1997. Prior to relocating to Middle Georgia in 2022, he served as Director of GIBS ConnectED, the online Bible institute of Duluth Bible Church. Since 2018, he has also directed the Grace Training International Bible Institute (GTIBI) – The Gambia, overseeing theological education and ministry training for church leaders in West Africa.

Professionally, Dale works in healthcare information technology, focusing on shaping organizational culture and translating strategic vision into effective operations.

At Grace & Truth Bible Church, Dale serves as an elder and Administrative/Executive Pastor, overseeing operational functions—including the media and finance teams—while also contributing to teaching and discipleship; following Pastor Dennis Rokser's retirement in February 2026, Dale and Kevin share pastoral responsibilities with the teaching ministry divided between them, with Dale providing primary leadership for administrative and operational matters and Kevin for pastoral care, as together they remain committed to equipping believers through sound doctrine and grace-centered, expository teaching.
